We offer refunds only. We do not accept physical returns.
To be eligible for a refund:
• You must contact us within 7 days of delivery
• The item must be unused and in original condition
• Proof of purchase is required
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos.
Once approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
We reserve the right to deny refund requests that do not meet eligibility requirements.
